Sealcoating
JetBlack oil-based sealant is applied to extend the life of your asphalt. Asphalt pavement is a combination of stone aggregate held together with asphalt binder. Sun and rain weathers the binder over time and leaves the aggregate suseptible to separation and cracking, leaving behind potholes and asphalt heaving. Our oil-based sealant is made from the same crude oil byproducts that your asphalt pavement is made from. As such, sealing with our oil-based sealant is the most effective way to rejuvenate, protect, and extend the life of your asphalt.
What we use:
'Jet Black' is an original formulation from PDQ Sealer designed to out-perform and outlast other oil-based blacktop sealers. With a high resistance to fuel, salt and tire wear, Jet Black is durable and waterproof, doubling as a foundation coating.

Crack Filling
We use industrial-grade hot pour rubber to effectively seal cracks in your asphalt. Cracks that aren't sealed are susceptible to water seeping down and freezing during the winter. This can cause heaving of the asphalt, or alligator cracking in high-traffic areas. Our MacSeal direct fire rubber crack filler is the most effective way to seal cracks in your asphalt and protect it from heaving, depressions, or alligator cracking.
What we use:
MacSeal DF is a premium-quality, high-performance, hot-applied, single-component joint and crack sealant. It offers advanced low temperature bonding properties, prolonged resistance to degradation from weather and a positive seal during the expansion and contraction of the joint or crack. It remains ductile and highly resilient at low and high service temperatures
